I bought a voucher last week for my partner to take driving lessons. I paid close to £400, and the voucher was to be emailed to him within 24hours. We are now 6 days later with no voucher. I emailed 3 times now and have phoned 3 times also, with no Joy. They have acknowledged that the money has been received, but haven’t bothered to send it. Bad business all around.
