My Squier Telecaster was ordered online and arrived with a broken tuning peg. Billy Hyde Music arranged for a quick replacement guitar, delivered to me by a faster courier than the original. Online tracking of the replacement guitar's journey from Victoria to Queensland was very good. Excellent service overall, for which I'm very grateful. I would buy again from this retailer, who also had the lowest price I could find in Australia on this model of guitar. Highly recommended.
