Customer support was great! Was quickly able to fix up my problem regarding shipping prices and did it without any fuss.
However, the packaging for my pearl drum throne was not so great but it could be because of the courier instead of the music store. The packaging box had some areas where it was punctured by the drum throne. Throne looks and seems to be fine, but it could have turned out worse and it might for others buying in the future.
