Upon purchasing a wireless system. The quality was terrible. I thought perhaps it was faulty. However upon returning it to be inspected, I was then informed that it worked exactly as it should and a trade in, upgrade or refund was not aloud.
Now, I essentially have a $250 piece of junk.
Definitely will not be doing business with Billy Hyde again!
