We visited the new Billy Hyde store in Blackburn and Steve helped us out getting an electric guitar for my son, who is just starting out. He was so helpful and happy to answer any questions, even though he knew that we were only after a basic kit. The starter kit that we selected wasn't in stock in Victoria, so Steve suggested the quickest and cheapest way to get it was to place an online order. Excellent customer service.
