A horrible experience of my partners first keyboard which should of been excellent! I bought the keyboard as a gift, but when the keyboard arrived it wasn’t the weighted keys one as it needed. I went to exchange it and was immediately told by Virn no with no explanation but just a screenshot of their clause of no change of mind. I wondered how does that work with Australian consumer law, but I requested an exchange for a more expensive keyboard. I was made to fill out a additional form when I requested management, which I took photos to show it’s still unused in the box, which Cherry replied back the same sterile no. Please beware of this before your purchase, I will be buying more musical items but not from them, simple customer service is so far removed from their business! After my review on Google, Craig replied back with an email address for me to reach out, a true showing of the companies lack of understanding and general customer service. I've contacted and spoken to two people in your company and named them, I'm the customer and you want me to reach out when you have all the details? A very bad experience on a keyboard that's boxed an unused.
