Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and welcoming. I did have issues with shipping but the team at Billy Hyde did help out as much as they could! I have heard some unsavoury things about Toll though, and considering they have lost my package I'm inclined to believe them, perhaps they aren't the best shopping company to be with. Granted it was free, but still aha
