I was sent the wrong item and after many emails, photos, filling out the ridiculously long 'wrong order forms' I'm now being ignored. No attempts were made to replace it, refund or exchange.
It was not my error, this should have been resolved months ago.
Its ruined a birthday, caused a lot of addition stress.
Appallingly service.
