On 4/12, I purchased online Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio 4th Gen 2 in 2 out Interface, Condenser Mic, and Headphones. The parcel arrived in Orange on 23/12 missing the Condenser Mic and Headphones. The missing items are clearly detailed in the purchase description. The 'ITEM Identification' numbers on the Tax invoice don't even match the item received. Where is the quality control of dispatching items.
