I called and spoke with the Melbourne store to order a product, and was advised there were 2 units in transit to Melbourne, and I could order online to secure one with delivery. Easy done...
A month later and multiple follow up calls (because I've never once received any contact from Billy Hyde music despite requests) I'm still being messed around. I understand waiting for stock, but a month of atrocious communication is poor form
