Very helpful! Tried to order online ran into a minor issue, sent the email for help and got a rapid response (the item I want was out of stock) With the person assisting even offering to find out when it would be back in stock!
I ended up selecting a different model and from ordering to delivery was one week- pretty amazing considering it was an electric drum kit and I live in rural Vic! I have been absolutely stoked and will definitely shop there again!
