My purchase was online as I live in Gippsland and also due to the tight covid-19 restrictions. When placing my order there was a minor hiccup I noticed when receiving my confirmation email. I called and left a message, not expecting to hear from anyone for a while but was pleasantly surprised to have someone return the call within half an hour. They passed the notes onto someone higher up to handle, and again I received a call very quickly, and the minor problem was resolved in that second call. I was incredibly impressed by the speed the matter was handled, as well as the phenomenal communication from staff, both in the phone and in emails keeping me updated on my purchase being prepared, dispatched, and handing me the tracking info. I've visited BH in person some years ago when I loved in Melbourne and always thought the presentation to be immaculate and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The handling of my recent online delivery purchase during the crazy pandemic situation only cements BH as the place I'm most likely to recommend to others but also will be my first point of call in future.
