While your service is good and fast, your choice of courier wasn’t great. The Fastway tracking system must be the most useless thing I have ever seen. Over a week later and the only update is that it is still in Melbourne and doesn’t show if it has even left Melbourne. Also, the name “Fastway” should be labelled as misleading and deceptive under the ACCC Act. They are slow and not incredibly efficient. Even Australia Post runs rings around them. Maybe they are ok for within Melbourne or even east coast stuff, to get things to WA, they are hopeless and slow and very uninformative.
