Due to the pandemic, I decided to order a fender strat through the online store. It arrived with no protection inside of the box, aside from a thin foam bag, taped closed around the headstock. I was at work at the time of delivery so the courier company billy hyde use decided to leave my brand new guitar in the foyer of my building, fender logo and price sticker showing. I can't comment on the store in Nunawading, but I can say it's probably better to shop there because their online business needs a bit of work. Shop for the big things in-store, smalls things online
