The item I ordered was out of stock almost everywhere, but Billy Hyde listed it as in stock, and at a very good price. My order went through. But there was a problem. No excuses, no fob-off from Billy Hyde - a senior staff member called me personally, apologised, and offered an immediate refund. Or I could wait a few days as they were expecting another delivery. He also left me with his personal contact details in case of any further difficulty. You can't ask more than that. The replacement item arrived in good shape a few days later. They had a problem, yes. But they dealt with it promptly, effectively, and to my complete satisfaction. Very happy to buy from them again.
