Range and buying part was ok. When it got to the emails of deliveries that’s when it got confusing. The email doesn’t specify that’s it’s been picked up by courier, it just says it’s been picked up in the shop which make people think someone has possibly done a click and collect. When I emailed to try to re-confirm that it had actually been picked by a courier I got no reply for days and had to call. The package did take a long time to arrive but under the circumstances it’s understandable
