My order was not all available for pick, when I first ordered I was informed of this and I chose to wait until all items had arrived before I wanted to pick up. All was good. 4 days later, I got an email to say my order was ready. So I rang, no it had not all arrived only one part was in but I should come get it. No thanks as I told you, I would come when it was all in. 3 days later a reminder that I had not picked the order up. Another 3 days later and a second notice arrived, this time we were actually able to pick up. If you are going to offer delay in pick up please make sure it can be reflected in your ordering processes.
