Delivery was booked for one day and I took the day off as the delivery window is 12 hours and cannot be narrowed down. At 5pm that day they let me know that it wouldn't be coming. Since then I have been trying for three weeks to get anyone to call, and I stress to call me about the issue of some kind of compensation. No luck, you just get standard fobbed-off replies from the "support" team. Really bad customer service from beginning to end.
