Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality, Delayed Delivery, and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a shed and a greenhouse from BillyOh on April 6th. I was told the shed would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks – it actually took 10 weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up, it was in awful condition: wood was split, parts were missing, panels were damaged, and staples were either hanging out or missing altogether. The quality was shockingly poor and in some areas, downright dangerous.
I contacted BillyOh customer service and sent photos as evidence. Their response? That wood is a natural product and therefore liable to crack – completely ignoring the fact that this was beyond acceptable and clearly a quality control issue.
As for the greenhouse, I was told to expect delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. It has now been nearly 16 weeks with no sign of delivery. I contacted them again to cancel the greenhouse order, but no one seems willing to take responsibility. I’ve been passed from department to department, with long wait times on the phone, only for the line to go dead once I finally get through. Then I have to start the whole frustrating process again.
Customer service has been abysmal, and the entire experience has been stressful and disappointing.
I do not recommend BillyOh to anyone – DO NOT USE. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.
