We ordered a summerhouse for my elderly mum. The delivery driver was amazing however the summer house was rubbish. Broken panels, windows dont fit, door does not fit, floor is so weak that its not fit for purpose.
Calling customer service and never get an answer. These are expensive items and the quality is disgusting. Do not purchase from this company. We are trying to sort this so she can actually use it but this summer is now gone abd its cost more money to try and make it usable.
Disgusted with the so called customer service.
