The worst customer support ever! I paid an extra cost for the order to be shipped in two days and it arrived two weeks later. I had no answer from Bimba Y Lola on how I should be reimbursed for the extra cost for a service that was clearly not fulfilled. It's not about the money, but mainly because of the total lack of consideration for the client ...and by the way, it was a christmas gift (as I pointed several times!) for my wife that I could only give her mid January!!!
