Há uns anos comprei uma mala que ficou manchada com a chuva nem me arranjaram me me deram solução. A mala não durou sequer dois meses. Reclamei e disseram que a culpa era minha porque andei com a mala á chuva. Durante anos não comprei mais nada da marca. Há quinze dias vi uma blusa gostei e comprei quando vesti em casa não me senti confortável e passado uns dias pedi para trocar por outra peça. Qual não foi o meu espanto de não trocarem porque o fio da etiqueta não estava fechado. Reclamei porque a blusa não veste bem e voltaram a dizer que a responsabilidade e minha porque é do feitio e eu devia te lá vestido. Gastei 120€ e não consigo vestir a blusa só me arrependi de ter voltado a esta marca. Não aconselho . Tenham muito cuidado. A qualidade e péssima. Data da experiência: 31 de maio de 2024

My order arrived fast and as described. I placed the order online on a Wednesday, and it arrived the following Sunday even though it was shipping from Spain to the US. I am very happy with my purchase

AVOID. I tried to order gloves, first on my mobile. The website is useless when rendered on the phone. If you read the terms and conditions you can't go back to the payzone. Which itself is dire. Switched to laptop, website renders better, but still hopeless. Eventually I ordered and paid, but no confirmatory e-mail or test confirmation. I have tried to call the help number on many occasions, receiving a message that all their staff are busy, and am then cut off. Assume this is scam company.

My friends bought me a birthday present. I was on holiday and only received the gift now, cannot exchange it because they have a 30 day clause. I feel ripped off of having a product I like because they have a policy and no room for exceptions. Customer service lines being available is about changing the experience, not about reinforcing what made the customer unhappy.

Comprei uma luvas a 28€ com muito arrependimento meu. O primeiro par nem falemos daquele horror de defeito e o segundo, pois troquei na hora, descosido num dedo na mão direita e uma costura super defeituosa na outra. Eu nunca comprei na Bimba e Lola e pensei aproveitar os saldos. Nem nos saldos se justifica o dinheiro que se paga por tanta má qualidade. Nem 10€ daria por estás luvas! Encontro-me agora na Suíça sem luvas e andei 1x com elas! Toca a usar isto não é ?! Um abuso! Se existe roubalheira, é aqui! É que não foi um par com defeito. Mas sim dois. Ps: não ponho fotos porque não está a dar para fazer o download porque teria todo o gosto em mostrar, mas estou tão fula que nem quero saber, vai assim!

Fast fashion brand masquerading as a luxury retailer. I spent £135 on a pair of jeans which arrived with a large and obvious stain on them. I submitted a form on their website requesting a return. After 3 days of no reply I reached out via Instagram and someone replied saying their colleagues would be in touch. I repeated that process twice more and finally after 7 full days they replied to say that their "Quality Department" had determined that the large and obvious stain could not be considered "a manufacturing defect or issue with product quality". As such "with regret" they could not offer me a solution. Having sent photos, clearly demonstrating the extremely obvious damage, I am absolutely astonished by this response. This is illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but, of course, I am unlikely to take them to court and it seems this company is well aware of that and willing to take advantage of the same. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. I will certainly never be purchasing or wearing anything from Bimba Y Lola again and will be actively discouraging my friends from doing so, too. I feel as though I have been scammed and, again, am totally shocked at this type of approach and response from a supposed "high end", luxury brand.

Invertí en unos unos tenis de su marca suponiendo que serían cómodos y es la peor horma que he usado en mi vida, rígida como un trozo de madera... Los compré media talla más grande porque me gusta que mis pies esté cómodos y uff... Ahora tengo unos caros tenis Deportiva jogger Chimo negra que me lastiman y no puedo usar. Deberían cuidar no solamente la estética sino la calidad de sus productos. Si alguien me lee, NO LOS COMPRE, C R A P invested in some tennis shoes from your brand assuming they would be comfortable and it is the worst last I have ever used, rigid as a piece of wood... I bought them half a size larger because I like my feet to be comfortable and uff. .. Now I have some expensive black Chimo jogger shoes that hurt me and I can't wear. They should take care not only of the aesthetics but also of the quality of their products. If someone reads me, DO NOT BUY THEM,

DO NOT BUY!!I loved these trainers and have worn them 12-15 times over the course of 3 months. However the seam spilt and they went from looking new to ragged, damaged and awful overnight. The Bimba y Lola customer service team immediately dismissed my complaint and then left emails unanswered. A complete rip off not worth £160. So disappointed

Ordered some boots ahead of Christmas as a gift (with plenty of lead time for delivery because of COVID delays), but unfortunately the wrong size. When I got in touch for an exchange, no leeway on the 30 day rule even in the light of it being a gift and COVID delays and interruptions. Was only a few days over too. Rubbish customer service, so if you can't be 100% on the sizing and the postal service, wouldn't bother.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bambi & Lola is an absolute scam!!! They take your money and NEVER send what you ordered. You cannot reach anyone. If you already placed an order, report them to your bank or credit card company immediately for fraud.

Buyer beware. I also took them up on their BOGO deal back in May. I paid $109.99 and never received my beds. I emailed in June they sent an auto reply that I would hear back from a person soon. Never received a response. I just tried to email again requesting a refund and it was undeliverable. I then tried to send a message using there Contact Us link and it errors out. Disappointing. Just want a refund at this point but sounds like that won't happen based on other reviews.

SCAM. Ordered BOGO beds on 5/10…. No product came. Their sight was down for a long time, then I get a random email saying they are trying to catch up. Their other company, with the same products is Coco & Lily. I usually use PP & wish I had this time!

I took them up on their BOGO deal back in May for dog beds. They took my money but never sent the beds.I'm now I'm $109.99 poorer. My 3 emails were answered with pretty much the same form letter, and they promised to get back to me. Now, whenever I click on the link provided on the order, I get a 404 error message. Do not trust these people!
