My friends bought me a birthday present. I was on holiday and only received the gift now, cannot exchange it because they have a 30 day clause. I feel ripped off of having a product I like because they have a policy and no room for exceptions. Customer service lines being available is about changing the experience, not about reinforcing what made the customer unhappy.
