was on holiday and I bought the most awesome earrings at BIMBA y Lola.
Unfortunately they break after a week.
I go to their store in my home town after coming back from holiday to replace them with a new pair. And guess what, their terms and conditions are apparently that warranty only counts in the country of purchase.. How is that providing service? I understand this policy regarding exchanges or returning. But this is a warranty thing. I wasn’t even able to wear them for two weeks, that’s how fast go broke. And at BIMBA y Lola they choose to leave a customer with a broken item instead of replacing the item and having a happy customer who can actually USE THEIR ITEM. 🫤 that’s all I asked, I even offered to pay the price difference between countries.
Then I reach out to the customer service online. Even worse..
At least the girls in store in Amsterdam were polite and really tried to help me.
Very disappointed, like trowing money in the trash, same as buying at this store and in need of warranty.
