Ordered some boots ahead of Christmas as a gift (with plenty of lead time for delivery because of COVID delays), but unfortunately the wrong size. When I got in touch for an exchange, no leeway on the 30 day rule even in the light of it being a gift and COVID delays and interruptions. Was only a few days over too. Rubbish customer service, so if you can't be 100% on the sizing and the postal service, wouldn't bother.
