I have to begin with I absolutely LOVE the brand. I love the shoes and bags... and most of their product. However, when it comes to returns... another animal. Bimba not only loses the return, it's an overall difficult return process! They do not offer exchanges or store credit and its nearly impossible to recieve your refund on a returns. Never mind they have different rules in store and online, causing lots of confusion and full on frustration. I have been on the phone, whatsapp and email pertaining a return which I have not yet recieved a refund for and its been 3 months since the return happened. I was on the phone with two different agents today and NO PROGRESS ... they have no record of my return. Absolutely unprofessional and upsetting. This incident makes me refrain from shopping online and I am a lover of Bimba. I shop whenever I am in Spain. The store experience is so much better than online.
