I am afraid I have also been extremely badly treated over a return which I have proof of purchase of. Do not use this company as they will not return your money if you have an online return. I have proof of return but they say they have not received it despite me sending several times. They take no responsibility and are not to be trusted. I would describe the service as no star and believe that this service is a scam.
