I had a terrible experience last month. I was holding XRP in an Exodus wallet and suddenly the full amount was sent to another address which I never authorized. In trying to discover exactly what happened and recover my money, I contacted several support services but only succeeded when I sent a recovery help email to HACKRECOVERY AT YANDEX DOT RU. Their team was able to track this address and recover my funds.
