It seems all I order these days are parts not on the website. However, Eric is really great at finding the part, finding a source for it and getting it to me. As far as I can tell, these people do business in the old style, that is they put the customer first. They also have a very easy to use website, knowledgeable people at the store and a large inventory. (even if I do seem to need every obscure item they don't keep in stock)
