I’ve always had great service ording from Binnacle online. My recent order had a broken part even though it was extremely well packaged. After contacting Binnacle by email, they requested a picture of the part. Within a 2 days, I had the replacement part sent no charge from the Distributor. All this in the week before Christmas.
