I've been shopping at the Binnacle, online and in person, for more than a decade. I've had parts and products shipped to me as far as the isolated Indonesian Archipelago, and I've always dealt with competent, reasonable and very pleasant people, some of whom have become friends over the years.
I can say without a doubt this is the best yacht chandler in North America. There's really nothing else to add to that. Five stars!
