I recently e-mailed a question about rope for a fender step in which I was interested and received a very quick reply containing the information I needed. I placed an order for both items, and they arrived - on the West coast - very quickly. I installed the fender on our boat this afternoon, and, as promised, the rope works very well with it. They are exactly what we needed, AND were reasonably priced! I am very happy with both.
