We purchased some items from Binnacle.com and the shipping was free and very quick. The shoes were the wrong size and when contacted they sent the return label(free). We returned the shoes, tracked the package, and were notified that it had been received. They will ship the correct size(free).
Very happy with the customer service. Very quick replies to emails.
