Ordered an item from The Binnacle about 3 weeks ago. Was never delivered. Was lost and then found by UPS and was to be returned to the Binnacle. I told the Binnacle I no longer wanted the item and could I be refunded. They said they would when they received the item. I don't know whether they have received it and I certainly haven't received a refund.
Not very good from UPS and not good from the Binnacle. Not had trouble before and will think twice about ordering another time.
