One of the products I ordered was incorrect, but I contacted customer support and it was dealt with promptly. Eric sent the correct product and offered to let me keep the original.
Only suggestion I would make is using a different shipping method. I believe the website said Canada post under shipping options, but my package was sent via UPS. They are horrible to deal with and absolutely useless if you need to update shipping information or re direct a package.
