Good experience overall. Was kept informed of progress regarding a back-ordered item which I found helpful. I am far less favourable in my opinion of Canada Post. Still have not received my order and their website is suggesting it will be another few days...almost two full weeks to get from Nova Scotia to BC. I didn't realise they still operated a Pony Express division.
