I called the store first to get some information and received helpful advice from Carson who suggested that I buy the product I wanted online. He looked up my customer number and I was on my way. The online experience went well. The ability to speak with a knowledgeable person at the store and have the ability to make purchases online (when you live out of province) was the best of both worlds.
