Everything arrived as planned, but the West System 105-B Epoxy Resin container was damaged and leaking resin in the box. The can was packed on its side with no bubble or foam padding, which is probably not the best shipping procedure for this dangerous product. These cans should be wrapped in a ziplock bag, padded, and packed upright.
Binnacle asked me to review their service, and I told them what happened (here). Binnacle promptly compensated me for lost resin (and inconvenience) and apologised. I would purchase the same products again from them.
