Only issue, and this has been the case before, is that one person does not know what the other is doing. Goes to how things are processed. If Larry is not in today, gone for lunch, or at the boat show, an immediate request can not be processed. Needed to call three times for the latest order, not this order, it arrived great and on time but the order after this one. Finally had to UPS it to get it on time. It came very quickly however. Maybe if information on each order was more completely recorded or more job sharing?
