The readings are good, I assume in the accuracy. I like the diversity in metrics to evaluate and the comparative analysis. My criticisms of this app and system is the ability to add additional content or pair this with external partners for water/calorie intake, weight, stress inputs, menstrual markers, and other health metrics to notice variations and what they might mean or impact. Also I would love more feedback on how to change or improve some of the metrics, HRV for example. If you are a health but already perhaps everything for biostrap seems crystal clear, however, others of us see this as an opportunity to improve our health and fitness knowledge, it would be great to increase your suggestions or comments to reach goals.
