5 Stars for Product and App 2 Stars for Customer Service This customer service experience was not good and I have noticed a downward trend in customer service over the last 2 or so years. I had to babysit the entire process: - triage, troubleshooting finally ending in a replacement Evo (my suggestions) - Reminded CS to send mailing label - Remind CS to to see if they received my broken Evo - CS sent my replacement to the wrong address. That being said: I like Biostrap. The Evo is a nice enhancement to the original wrist sensor, however, I don't think it is as durable and definitely shouldn't be worn in water. I am a longtime Biostrap user and the company is awesome about replacements and warranties., the product is great. The app is pretty well thought out (with the exception of the Exercise Programs, Routines and Library should be nested) but customer service has gone down hill the point that I browsed other options.
