I had to have my Biostrap replaced because it went into "brick" mode twice and was unusable. The return process was easy enough, but they forgot to send out my replacement. I had to email them and ask to complete the process. I have been thinking of buying the foot pod, but now I am not so sure I want to do that... I think I will wait to see how this Biostrap works out.
