I had purchased a wristband and shoe pod. I received my Biostrap very quickly. Unfortunately, I was having issues with trying to get my wristband to pair with my phone. After chatting with a team member, and trying a few different things, it was determined that my sensor was in brick mode. I was promptly emailed a return label with instructions on how to return for a new sensor. Not even a week later, I received my new sensor!! I'm super pleased with not only the level of help that I recieved, but the quickness in which everything was done.
