The device is absolutely awesome - Both my wife and I wear this at night for the very thorough sleep feedback and we wear our apple watches during the day for other feedback. The biostrap provides accurate and vital information at night regarding HR, HRV, SPO2 and RESP. The only complaint we have is with the standard wrist strap that comes with the BioStrap device. It is Extremely difficult to connect and stay on at night. That being said, they now have an improved wrist strap available that is easier to connect and stay on at night and more comfortable. Its a bit pricy at $30 but well worth it for the ease and comfort of putting it on and wearing it all night.
