I have been using my Biostrap for about 10 days, and the tracking and information it provides me of my overall health, exercise, sleep, etc., is wonderful, and I have just 'scratched the surface' in using it. I look forward to continue using Biostrap to enhance and compliment my endeavors to strengthen my overall athletic abilities and health. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to better understand their selves, their bodies, and how/where they want to strengthen, enhance, or improve their lives, stamina, health, etc.
