I’ve had my biostrap a few weeks and have gotten good information from it, my chief complaint is the band and especially the inability to reconnect the device to the phone app if you are not near charger. This happens ( disconnecting from app) for no apparent reason, I’ve had it happen with phone at arms length. If these two issues could be resolved I’d have no complaint. Thank you
