I'll caveat this with the fact that my business relies on IoT devices that measure data elements relevant to endurance athletes.
In short, Biostrap focuses on the right data, has a great user experience and is offered at a price point that is less than 50% of medical grade devices that offer less information.
More specific reasons I like this device include: It's ability to capture my sleep automatically instead of having to do an action within the app. I also like the fact that it is compatible with Apple Health given that's how we integrate with this type of device. I like the way the app surfaces up "insights" as opposed to just "data". Digital experience is much better than other devices out there and I believe is Biostrap's key differentiator.
I can't attest to accuracy as yet other than to say the few tests I've done have been very accurate with respect to Blood Oxygen. I don't have a comparable to assert HRV accuracy and the sleep has been near perfect w/r/t onset, disruptions and awake information.
