I'm a returning customer. I wanted the Birch Ruf logs as I'd had these last year but they seemed to sell out a lot quicker this year. So I settled for a full pallet of fine white Ruf logs. If they have a similar burn, I'll be happy. Better packaged than last years order but the comedians that stack these pallets always seem to put the broken packs (Pre pallet wrapping) at the base and you're lucky if it makes it to your front door in tact. All in all only 6 broken packs which is half what I got last year. Palletways eventually delivered after 2 no shows but the driver was a cheerful and helpful chap. Will leave them a separate review for their service but at the end of the day they are employed by Bioglow to deliver.
