“We are regular customers and we purchace a variety of their products, each time either a full pallet or 1/2 pallet. We cannot fault the products or the service we receive from the team. Highly recommend.”

“Good firm but unfortunately the courier company were are not they didn’t bring the right equipment to unload the logs so my 72 year old husband had to help and unload half the pallet of logs they should of had electric sack trucks but didn’t pretty bad for a pallet courier company. Need to find a better courier company to deliver the logs with the right equipment to unload the logs.”

“Took a while getting a delivery from England to Northern Ireland (NI), but once it had arrived at the NI depot the delivery was very quick. I did contact customer service a couple of times and the response was always helpful, informative and clear (thank you Gene). Happy to use Bioglow anytime, great range of products (I use heatlogs), at a competive price and excellent customer service”

“Beech RUF are great. Last delivery was poor. only to straps holding RUF packs on pallet and were not held tight so unstable and some damage. delivery was a concern as tracking advised the paleet had been delivered but I had to chase Bioglow who were apologetic and helpful.”

“Really bad experience from this company. They do not deliver the product but outsource the delivery. 7 working days before the delivery was scheduled. Then the delivery company expect you to stay in from 8am to 5pm for delivery. This despite an assurance from Bio that they had contacted the delivery company to ensure the delivery would be in the morning. The delivery company denies any contact was made; but the delivery company is another outsourced company from the one contacted by Bioglow. It is a nightmarish labyrinth of poor service. Never ordering from this group again.”

“I can't recommend these wood fuels highly enough. My latest purchase was the oak chip blocks. They are a tad smaller than the other blocks and therefore more suited to my small stove. But goodness me, they kick out some heat! Admittedly the weather has warmed a fraction but I live in the furthest north west of Scotland on an island that sees an average of 10°c in the summer! And these wood blocks are just superb. They catch light easily with the help of a firefighter and they burn for well over an hour. I am seriously impressed. The other excellent point about Bioglow is their delivery. As stated, I live offshore, but they manage to deliver a half pallet or a full pallet to me within a week or so of ordering. Excellent company. Well done!”

“Competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Ordered sample packs of a couple of different types of heat logs, but there's no labelling to differentiate between the two, so I'm not able to determine which is working best for my needs. Would have given a 5 otherwise and will definitely be using Bioglow again.”
