“Firstly, the packaging wasn’t fit for purpose — the majority of the logs arrived broken (I’d estimate around 75%). As for the logs themselves, I was underwhelmed. They didn’t live up to the description provided. I’ve traditionally used seasoned logs but recently decided to try compressed heat logs. So far, I’ve tried products from both Bioglow and Lekto, and I found Lekto to be far superior.”

“Great products and Bioglow are usually very efficient. However, because I live near Inverness, I was unable to track the delivery online, and had no idea what day the 1 ton pallet would arrive. Also, the driver in the "Woody's Express" vehicle didn't call in advance. It was pure luck that I was home when it arrived. Please can you improve the delivery communications for the Highlands? There is no reason that anyone in mainland Scotland should have a lesser, or more expensive delivery service. Thank you.”

“Extremely frustrated as had placed an order two weeks ago for half a pallet of wood pellets. Received an email confirmation and the money was taken from my account. As no pellets arrived in the last two weeks, I phoned today and got a half-hearted apology and poor explanation; except to say that the pellets wouldn't be arriving and that they would refund me the money tonight. Terrible service and I won't buy pellets from here again.”

“I was sent wrong item, briquettes instead of oak wood pellets. I did email, saying no problem accidents happen, and will re order. Previous orders with bioglow have been great, I am a hobbyist growing woodland mushrooms and bioglow hardwood pellets are great and well priced. But I am disappointed I have had no reply to my emails. Wood have been a 5 star! Stephen. I didn't return, took the briquettes.”
