“I can't recommend these wood fuels highly enough. My latest purchase was the oak chip blocks. They are a tad smaller than the other blocks and therefore more suited to my small stove. But goodness me, they kick out some heat! Admittedly the weather has warmed a fraction but I live in the furthest north west of Scotland on an island that sees an average of 10°c in the summer! And these wood blocks are just superb. They catch light easily with the help of a firefighter and they burn for well over an hour. I am seriously impressed. The other excellent point about Bioglow is their delivery. As stated, I live offshore, but they manage to deliver a half pallet or a full pallet to me within a week or so of ordering. Excellent company. Well done!”

“Competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Ordered sample packs of a couple of different types of heat logs, but there's no labelling to differentiate between the two, so I'm not able to determine which is working best for my needs. Would have given a 5 otherwise and will definitely be using Bioglow again.”

“Fuel blocks are great and good value. However, they were not securely tied onto the pallet and tipped off into the road when being offloaded. Several of the bags split open and a number of the blocks were damaged.”

If you let us know how many bags are ripped or have the RUF heat logs damaged, we will process a part refund for you. I have also asked our fulfilment centre where the RUF heat logs are stored to check all pallets in storage to make sure they are well packed for transport. I hope we can address your concerns.
