“I ordered a big load of these wood blocks. They delivered them pretty quick and the lady who did the delivery was great. She put them on a sort of fork lift and into my garage. The blocks are brilliant in my wood burner and easy to light. They last a good while and give off fantastic heat. I’m very satisfied.”

“Used to buy a similar product from Verdo. These Oak Nestro Wood Briquettes are similar but round . They break apart easily to make smaller pieces for lighting or starting your fire. Burn for a long time and are fairly economical. I bought Half Pallet 480kg, in February for my two log burners. Nice clean fires, hot enough to get the kettle singing. Easy storage as they are wrapped. Great. Will buy again.”

“Worst crate of oak I have ever purchased, looked like it had been wet wood before being dried. It was filthy and only stacked 3 rows deep instead of the usual 4 rows. Needles to say that I will not be buying from them again anytime soon. I contacted the firm and they said that they would put a £20 credit on my account which obviously I am not going to use as their wood is terrible.”

“I've been using Bioglow for many years now and have always received excellent products (mostly oak logs) and superb service. The delivery company they use is also highly recommended - the drivers have to reverse a large tail-lift lorry 300 metres down the tiny, single-track lane behind our property to unload at our garage and are in contact on the day to confirm the estimated time of delivery and then the driver calls to say he is 10-15 minutes away. Very highly recommended all round.”
